Desc: Inside Out: Female Incarceration in the United States: With Donna Hylton. The increasing numbers of women being incarcerated in the United States is on the rise. The increase is overshadowed by the number of men being incarcerated. We explore the issues that women face through the eyes of a woman who spent nearly 30 years behind bars, from a teenager to an adult, and through the eyes of a senior citizen.
